Kazakhstan Begins Preparations for the 2026 Regional Environmental Summit

On July 11, 2025, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a working meeting with representatives of government agencies to discuss preparations for the Regional Environmental Summit scheduled for 2026.
During the meeting, the Ministry presented a Roadmap outlining the main stages of organizational, substantive, and communication-related preparations for the Summit. Key topics included intersectoral coordination, involvement of international partners, development of thematic areas, and formulation of final outcomes.
Government representatives expressed their readiness to collaborate closely and implement the outlined tasks in the lead-up to this important regional event.
