The workshop was organized with the support of the Climate Transparency Programme and the UNFCCC Secretariat, in collaboration with the Regional Collaboration Centre for Europe and Central Asia (RCC ECA). This event forms part of global efforts to assist developing countries in fulfilling the requirements of Article 13 of the Paris Agreement.
A key focus of the workshop was on the preparation for submitting the Second Biennial Transparency Report (BTR) and undergoing the TER process. Participants explored in detail the essential components of the review, including the structure and presentation of reported information, engagement with expert review teams, the format of feedback, and the follow-up steps.
The workshop served as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices in developing national climate reports and successfully completing international technical reviews.
